Hello everyone!
I am so sorry I haven't written in a while. My new computer crashed on Tuesday night! Anyway, I am back in business. But please, for my sake, next time you purchase a computer, you need to purchase the extended warranty. Extended as in a better warranty. Not extended as in 'lasting longer than 12 months'. Anyway, I have much to post about, but not tinoght. It is 12:27 Sunday morning. The Fullers must be at church at 8:30 later this morning for the church breakfast. I was telling Anna Brooke as I tucked her in that we were going to have eggs and biscuits at church instead of doughnut holes. She politely reminded that she 'doesn't care for any grits.' I know I am raising her to be a Southern belle but she will not eat her grits!!

Noe I know one day The Princess will try and like grits. She is a great eater and eats a wide variety of things. Nana always had an abundance of cereal and pizza for her Uncle D who today is still a very picky eater. Her Daddy on the other hand always tried things and loves a wide variety of things but our favorite was then and is now Spaghetti which has nothing in common with GRITS!

Happy Birthday Paul!!

On Valentine's Day 2007 Patrick and I decided that we would not get each other a gift. This was the first time we had made such a deal. I did pick up a card for him and filled it out. Valentine's Day was on a Wednesday and we really didn't see each other much until after church that night. He came home exhausted. We had our little family of five all together in the Family Room and I handed him his card. I had signed it the way I usually do with an extra note on the very bottom: P. S. Baby Boy due to arrive in September. (Now, I didn't know for sure he was a boy, but I had a feeling) Patrick FELL INTO THE FLOOR!! Fast forward 7 months. Hello There! There is something that has bothered me for years. I have begun to do better, and encouraged others to change their ways. This is it... Why do people almost always compliment little girls on their appearance first? Little girls are held to a higher standard in regard to their appearance and little boys are held to a very low standard regarding their behavior. This baffles me. I know you've heard it, probably even done it.  What's the first thing most people say to a little girl? "You're so pretty!" "Your dress is so pretty!" Why not compliment how compassionate & respectful she is because you just witnessed her let an older person get on the elevator first? Brave because you see the band-aid on her arm from a doctor visit? Smart...maybe she has a book in her hand! Funny...did she just tell the best joke you've heard all week? Creative...does she have an ornate hairstyle?  Or an outfit you would have never ...
